Physicians warn of alarming rise in COVID-19 cases
The Elk Valley Physicians today issued a public message warning of “an alarming rise of COVID-19 positive cases in the Elk Valley.”
The group of local physicians urge residents to remain diligent and to not socialize “of any kind with people you don’t live with. No really; not your children’s friend, grandkids, nor your neighbours. No one.”
The physicians remind residents that if you have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 that you need to self isolate for 14 days in your home.
“Please let those close to you know that you can’t hang out for 14 days.”
