It’s celebration time in Sparwood
Coal Miner Days is Sparwood’s biggest party of the year and it’s even bigger in 2016 as it coincides with the District of Sparwood’s 50th birthday celebration.
This evening launches Coal Miner Days 2016 (June 10-12) and is also the 50th anniversary dinner, starting at 5 p.m. at the Sparwood Leisure Centre, with fireworks taking place at 11:15 p.m.
