Christmas light judging and tour
Sparwood residents are being encouraged to hit the lights on Sunday evening, Dec. 11 and again on Thursday, Dec. 14.
Mark your calendars and remember to turn your Christmas lights on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 6 p.m. The Sparwood Chamber of Commerce will be going around Sparwood to judge Christmas light decorations. They will be judging best decorated house, mobile home, apartment and business.
And on Thursday December 14, starting at 6:30 p.m.,Ā the Sparwood Chamber of Commerce will be conducting a wonderful evening of lights and laughter on the Seniorsā Light Tour of Sparwood.
Board the bus at Lilac Terrace, Seniors Villas and Sasko Manor starting at 6:30 p.m. After the tour there will be entertainment, refreshments and door prizes at Lilac Terrace.
Call the chamber at 250-425-2423 to arrange for pick up and drop off at the end of the evening.
