Special Weather Statement for Elk Valley
Environment Canada this morning issued a Special Weather Statement for the Elk Valley, warning drivers of possible winter conditions.
“A storm which will give winter weather to much of Southern Alberta will also affect southeastern B.C. Snow will develop tonight over the Elk Valley region and may become mixed with rain before ending late Monday. Snowfall amounts from five to 10 cm are possible,” Environment Canada stated. “Be prepared to adjust your driving to changing road conditions.”
