Join in at Kimberley Alpine Resort for Ceilidh on the Mountain on Saturday, June 1.

Get ready for a lively gathering filled with traditional Highland music, and dance. This in-person event will take place June 1 beginning at 2:30 p.m.

Located at the top of Kimberley Alpine Resort, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views while being entertained by the Kimberley Pipe Band, The Kimberley Cranbrook Highland Dancers, musician and singer Lennan Delaney and fiddler, Jarred Albright.

Included with your ticket are: chairlift ride up and down the mountain, a barbecue of smokies, salad and gourmet chips and entertainment.

A special Scotch tasting will also be offered to ticket holders aged 18 and over for the inclusive price (includes: bbq, lift rides, entertainment and scotch tasting). Contact Kimberley Alpine Resort for tickets and more information.

In case of bad weather the event will move inside the Kimberley Conference Centre.

2:30 p.m. – North Star Quad Chairlift opens;

3– 7 p.m. – BBQ and Beer Gardens at Kootenay Haus;

3:30 – 4:30 p.m. – Scotch Tasting – advance ticket required;

4:30 – 6:30 p.m. p.m. – Ceilidh Music and Entertainment;

6:30  – 7:30 p.m. – Chairlift Download begins.
