Gallery fundraising for Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal
The Kimberley Friends Gallery is fundraising for the ‘Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal’ with the Canadian Red Cross.
Money raised will enable the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement to respond to humanitarian needs generated by the Ukraine conflict.
One hundred per cent of the sale of Jim Webster’s digital reproduced ‘Sunflower,’ will be donated to the Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal fundraiser.
Pre-order your Sunflower (pictured above) directly (size: 24×16 | $60 per canvas | 20 canvases available) at the Kimberley Friends Gallery (Lower level, 296 Spokane Street; entrance from the Platzl parking area) or by direct message (DM) via their Instagram account: @kimberleyfriendsgallery.
The Gallery is open on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., to place your order(s).
In addition to Sunflower there are a number of other canvases prints available, with all proceeds going to support Ukrainian humanitarian efforts.
The warm and inviting Kimberley Friends Gallery showcases eleven local artists featuring a variety of artworks; including encaustic, assemblage, mixed-media, ceramics, metal work, watercolour, lino and wood cut prints, acrylics and digitally-altered photo reproductions, all in a safe and happy space.
Passionate about their favoured mediums – this talented group of community artists share their creativity with each other and those who step into the gallery.
