Kimberley artist Grant Smith proudly shows his unique stencil/block print ‘East Kootenay Small Carnivore Celebration,’ winner of the 2024 Kootenay Art Prize at Art Gallery Kimberley.

In a heartwarming gesture, Grant redirected his prize to support Wildsight Kimberley /Cranbrook.

Robyn Duncan, right, gratefully received the $675 contribution during a delightful get-together at the gallery.

The 2024 open, adjudicated art exhibition themed Kootenay Creatures”will be in the gallery until February 25.
