KEYSA ready for another great season
Kootenay East Youth Soccer Association (KEYSA) is gearing up for our 2015 season, and we are hoping you can join us!
KEYSA offers a great soccer program for youth ages five to 17. Our registration prices are affordable and our teams always have fun! This is a great way for your kids to get out and get active!
KEYSA has three different levels of play; House, Development and Rep, something for everyone. You can even save $25 off our already low registration prices by taking advantage of our early registration option! Early registration opens on February first (online registrations only) and ends February 28.
There will be two chances to register in person. March 5 from 6 – 8 p.m. at McDonald’s; and again April 4 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. also at McDonald’s.
Our Whitecaps Rep Sam Heaps is back this year, with even more programming and guidance to bring to our club and all of our players. We will also be offering Whitecaps goalie camps. You do not want to miss out on this!
Every year KEYSA hosts a very popular and successful tournament at Sam Steele Days. This year we will also be hosting a Jamboree style tournament for our Development players on Sam Steele weekend. There is lots of fun to be had by all of our players and families! It is definitely a great experience!
KEYSA offers our players the opportunity to learn great skills for their future; leadership, teamwork, commitment, responsibility, and respect.
We are offering our older players a chance to become BCSA certified referee’s. Referee training costs are covered by KEYSA, and we also pay for their referee services once they are trained, this is a great first job!! We also have some opportunities for volunteers to become assistant coaches, which can be counted toward volunteer hours required for graduation.
