Know Your Valley for employees
In a competitive tourism market, such as in the BC Rockies with all of its world-class attractions and amenities, the smallest details add up to big things for tourism operators.
Knowledgeable staff can make a big difference in a visitor’s day, which in turn can make a big difference when that tourist considers returning to the valley.
To help boost the overall awareness of the valley for employees, especially those who are new, Columbia Valley Tourism is hosting a Know Your Valley trade show on Tuesday, June 16. Door prizes and goodies are also part of the package!
All valley employees are welcome to attend the 2 to 5 p.m. drop in event at Copper Point Resort’s Quartz Ballroom.
A free shuttle service is available (pick ups every half an hour) from 2 p.m. at the Hostel in Invermere and Glenwood Apartments in Fairmont Hot Springs.
