Kootenay Country Fair
The annual Kootenay Country Fair at Fort Steele Heritage Town, held Sunday, Sept. 11, was bathed in brilliant late summer sunshine.
A steady stream of visitors filed into heritage park throughout the day, taking in the extra sights and sounds of the fall fair, along with the amped-up atmosphere of 1890s Fort Steele, with plenty of volunteers in period get-up, making the experience all-the-more photogenic!
Adding to the day’s colour was the Going To The Sun auto rally, featuring several dozen classic sports cars and roadsters, all shined to the max.
