Whiteways closed for the season
Thank you to everyone who enjoyed the Lake Windermere and Lillian Lake Whiteways this season!
Even though it’s snowing today, the prolonged warm weather to end February and expected continued warm weather into March means both Whiteways are closed for the season.
We still have some spring skiing conditions at Nipika Mountain Resort and Panorama Mountain Resort so make sure you get out and enjoy those two world-class facilities while you still can!
As we wind up the Whiteway season, we’d encourage everyone to give a big shout-out to Brad, our long-time Whiteway grooming and maintenance pro. It’s all of his hard work maintaining our grooming equipment, plowing, sweeping and tracksetting the Whiteway so everyone can enjoy this unique Columbia Valley experience no matter your preferred mode of human-powered travel.
